Can I choose what is in my box? Every month we carefully pick a handful of our best sellers & personal favorites to add to the boxes, we give you 3 box options per month for you to choose from making sure you receive the box you LOVE.

Can I return an item if I do not like it? If an item arrives damaged in your box, we will happily replace that item. If you do not like an item, simply re-gift it to a friend!

How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time. Register online or log in to manage your subscriptions in the menu on our website. 

Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax is charged in New Jersey and is based on the subtotal and shipping according to law.

What if an item is damaged? If any items arrive broken or missing, you are responsible to let us know within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. You will either be sent a new item, or if that item is out of stock we will send another item of equal value.

When will I be billed? You will be billed for the first box with your initial purchase. You will be billed for every box there after on the 1st of each month until you cancel or choose to skip the month. 

When will my box be shipped? All boxes will be shipped and ready for pick up by the 2nd of each month after you have been charged for your monthly subscription. 

How much is shipping? Shipping is $5.95 flat rate, anywhere in the US.
